Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office if your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.

Pay Early and Save!
If you pay for your procedures in advance, we will deduct 5% of your portion of the payment. This option is not available when using CareCredit.
In-Office Financing
Upon approval by Dr. Kelly, patients may qualify for interest-free financing over a period of three months. Monthly payments of an equal amount must be made on time during the three-month window. If a longer period of time than three months is needed, we offer financing through outside companies.
Dental Insurance
As a service to our patients, we will file your insurance claims on your behalf. While we will file claims with all insurance companies, we are contracted providers with two insurance companies: Delta Dental and Health Resources, Inc. Please contact our office with any questions about insurance. We look forward to hearing from you.
Pay My Bill
For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Extended payment arrangements can be made through our third party options upon approval.
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have coverage under a dental insurance plan, as a courtesy, our office will help you file your dental services for benefits. We can accept assignments on the benefits if we are able to verify that the coverage is in effect on the date of services.
